So.. I started the week guiding so had the prospect of at least five days diving out and about from local sites to Tiran, Ras Mohammed, possibly Dunraven and Thistlegorm, and the chance of seeing some of the big stuff that is coming in already (sharks regularly sighted off the Paradise reef, white tip shark seen off Ras Nasrani and a whale shark seen on Jackfish alley!!), But… no it was not for me, one day on the boat, and I was then assigned as snorkel guide for a day before starting an open water course.. so it is back to the pool for me. In fairness, I did get a day off last week, so jumped on a boat to fun dive in Ras Mohammed and whilst the life is really filling out, I didn’t see anything big n bulky at all. Anyway, guess I had better get back to the classroom to put that video on for my students. |
